Aerospace Technical Workbench — 72" x 30" Nexus Work Center

The Aerospace Technical Workbench is our standard 72" x 30" work center — the same configuration trusted on aerospace production floors. A heavy-gauge LISTA industrial bench paired with the fully modular Nexus System superstructure: overhead lighting, adjustable shelving, louvered tool panels, and bench-top power, all in one engineered package.

Every bench includes

• 72"W x 30"D worksurface — 1-3/4" hardwood butcher block or static-dissipative (ESD) laminate
• Nexus System surface-mount superstructure, 48"H — 30" + 36" sections for full-width coverage
• 56" four-bulb overhead light fixture with tilt adjustment
• Two adjustable steel shelves (12"D, 100 lb capacity, flat or 15° angle)
• Two 30"-high louvered panels — accepts industry-standard hanging bins
• Vertical power strip — 15A, six outlets, lighted switch, 6' grounded cord
• Full-width steel stringer/foot rest on every configuration — racking stiffness for the loaded superstructure

Base configurations

• Cabinet + Leg — 5-drawer cabinet pedestal (53 compartments, full-extension 165 lb drawers) with steel leg and stringer. Worksurface height 35-1/4". Choose your drawer lock system: Random Key, Keyed Alike, or Master Key — no charge difference.
• Legs Only — two welded steel legs with leveling glides and leg-to-leg stringer. Worksurface height 35-1/4".
• Mobile — heavy-duty 6" casters (rigid + locking swivel) with stringer. Worksurface height 37-1/4", sized to accept an optional roll-under mobile cabinet.

ESD option

ESD worksurface variants include the required ESD isolation kit (ESDISO-KIT/IRSS) — grounding hardware that isolates the static-dissipative surface from the steel frame.

Options

Roll-under mobile cabinet (Mobile config): add a 600-series mobile drawer cabinet (4- or 5-drawer, retainer top) that stores under the bench. Sold separately.
